Resources Supporting a Client in Crisis One-day course in supporting clients experiencing a panic attack, self-harming behaviour, an acute psychotic episode or suicidal thoughts. The course covers health and mental health disclosure, criminal convictions disclosure and the broader subject of telling an employer something about yourself that you think may have a negative impact on their view of you. Resources The Benefits System and Understanding the Sector Two half-day courses, delivered back-to-back. The morning looks at how the benefits system works and what the most recent welfare reforms are; the afternoon looks at “welfare to work” services, how they operate and their interconnectivity.
